Spill Containment Tray is a new type of plastic product, which plays the role of waterproof and moisture-proof by cooperating with forklift to carry goods in the warehouse or padded under the warehouse. It is applicable to all kinds of factories, warehouses, logistics distribution centers and distribution centers. The use of Spill Trays can be basically divided into the following three types:

1. Use with forklift: when using manual hydraulic forklift, mechanical forklift, electric anti overflow pallet forklift, etc., The arm width of the forklift shall be as wide as possible, and the arm length of the forklift shall be as long as possible. Preferably, the arm length of the forklift shall exceed the length of the oil spill prevention tray. When using the Spill Containment Tray to transport goods, the manual hydraulic forklift, mechanical forklift and electric forklift shall keep the speed uniform and stable to prevent the goods from falling due to emergency braking and large vibration, and even the Spill Containment Tray from being damaged due to uneven stress.

2. Use with the shelves of the three-dimensional warehouse: when used with the shelves of the three-dimensional warehouse, the Spill Pallet shall be placed on the two beams of the shelf stably and evenly, and the length of the oil Spill Pallet shall be more than 50mm larger than the outer diameter of the two beams of the shelf. If the shelf is a shelf with a laminate in the middle, the oil spill tray should be placed near the middle of the laminate to avoid instability caused by uneven stress on the shelf.

3. For cold storage or high-strength environment: there are generally two kinds of raw materials for Spill Containment Pallet, polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP). The oil spill proof tray used in cold storage cannot be made of polypropylene with high density and high hardness, but it cannot be resistant to low temperature at the same time. If the Spill Containment Pallet to be used in the cold storage needs to be put on the shelf, it is best to use polyethylene Spill Tray with steel pipe. In addition, since it has been used in the low-temperature environment, the Spill Tray made of new high-density low-pressure polyethylene (HDPE) is generally selected. The Spill Containment Tray made of pure raw materials can be used for a long time in the low-temperature environment of minus 30 degrees. In addition, there are some Spill Containment Trays made of new technologies and materials, which have some new excellent properties. Although these new technologies and materials still have some disadvantages that cannot be used on a large scale, they do show good results when used in some special environments. For example, a high-strength hollow blow molded Spill Pallet with extrusion blow molding is used. The Spill Containment Tray has good fall resistance and strong impact resistance. It can fall from tens of meters high without breaking, and its bearing capacity is relatively large. Therefore, the overall cost is high, but it is very suitable for some industries with poor use environment or chemical fertilizer industries with relatively high bearing capacity.

Precautions for use of Spill Containment Tray

● The correct use of the oil spill prevention tray should be to package the goods placed on the Spill Pallet, combined with appropriate binding and wrapping, so as to facilitate mechanical loading, unloading and transportation, so as to meet the requirements of loading, unloading, transportation and storage.

The following are the precautions for using the Spill Containment Tray:

1. When hydraulic trucks and forklifts use pallets, the distance between the outer edge of the fork and the outer edge of the entrance to the pallet shall be as wide as possible, and the depth of the fork entrance shall be greater than 2 / 3 of the depth of the whole pallet.

2. When using the Spill Pallet, the hydraulic truck and forklift shall keep moving forward and backward at a uniform speed and move up and down to avoid sudden braking and sharp turning, resulting in damage to the anti overflow tray and collapse of goods.

3. The loading mass of each Spill Containment Tray shall be less than or equal to 2 tons. In order to ensure the safety during transportation, the height of the center of gravity of the goods shall not exceed two-thirds of the width of the oil spill prevention tray.

4. The fixing methods of the goods contained in the oil spill prevention tray mainly include binding, adhesive binding and stretch packaging, which can be used together.

5. If the goods transported by the Spill Pallet still cannot meet the needs of transportation after being fixed, you should choose the accessories for protection and reinforcement according to the needs. The reinforcement accessories are made of paper, wood, plastic, metal or other materials.
